Information required as per Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules
Further to announcement made on 1 February 2007, the Company wishes to disclose the following information in relation to the appointment to the board of the Company of Mark Allan Patterson, as required by AIM Rule 17 with reference to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
Mark Allan Patterson, aged 51, holds or has held over the previous five years the following directorships and partnerships;

Mark Allan Patterson was Executive Director of Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. (“CGC”) through December 1999. Sociedad Comercial del Plata S.A., parent company of CGC, requested a court-supervised restructuring on September 8, 2000, which in turn required the restructuring of CGC’s obligations. SCP notified the Argentine Stock Exchange on March 1, 2004 that CGC’s re-organisation plan had been approved by the Argentine courts. The sale of a controlling interest in the company was approved on June 22, 2005.
