PetroLatina is a private company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Over the summer of 2004, the Company raised US$21.3 million(net of costs) of private equity. In 2006 the Company raised further equity funds of approximately US$36.1 million to support the PDN acquisition and the work programme in Guatemala.
